Recipe: Sorghum-Molasses & Soy Dipping S
Ingredients: 1 teas. Fresh ginger, finely minced
¼ teas. Clove garlic, finely minced
1 Chile Pepper, seeded and finely minced
3 Tbsp. Sorghum molasses
1 Cup Tamari or soy sauce
1/2 Cup Rice wine vinegar
1 teas. Sesame oil
1 teas. Cilantro, minced
Cilantro sprigs for garnish MOP
Cooking Instructions: Combine all ingredients and whisk vigorously.
Serving Instructions: Serve in small dipping bowl with the Smokehouse Pork Dumplings.
