In the Fall season we sell poinsettias around Christmas time while in the Spring season we sell a variety of bedding plants and container plants out of our greenhouse. During deer season we offer processing to local students in the chapter. We also conduct a Ham, Bacon, and Egg Show/Sale during the month of March each year. Throughout the year we also create a variety of projects using woodworking and welding skills that the students have learned.
We have lots of beets, collards, kale, broccoli, swiss chard, carrots, radishes, strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, okra, lettuce, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sunchokes, fennel, dill, peas, beans, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage, raspberries, corn, garlic, onions, loffas, grapes, lots of fresh herbs for teas and medicines.
We sell at the Farmers Market in Morgantown (university Hospital on Wednesday) and Bridgeport.
We specialize in a Registered Angus, Registered Hereford, and Commercial Cow/Calf Operation. Through A.I., we are producing registered bulls that are designed to improve the calf crop of commercial producers. The slaughter beefs are raised on grass and grained out 100 days before slaughter. Our goal is to produce non-hormone or steroid enhanced beef at an affordable price for the citizens of WV.
